Reaction-Aware Impact Zones

A level should explain what it is doing, not remain on the chart forever.

CryptoFlow builds potential support and resistance from meaningful aggressive execution and the price reaction that follows. Each area has a lifecycle, so a zone can strengthen, weaken, break, retest, reclaim or become invalid instead of remaining a static colored rectangle.

CryptoFlow impact zone lifecycle from candidate through holding, defended, under pressure, weakening, broken, retested, reclaimed and invalidated
The lifecycle separates a fresh candidate from a defended level, a weakening level and a genuinely broken or reclaimed level. Old evidence loses authority when current price action invalidates it.

How an Impact Zone is created

The zone starts with an event, but its role comes from the response. Aggressor direction alone does not define support or resistance.

1. Meaningful initiative

CryptoFlow identifies concentrated aggressive trading rather than labeling every small BTC print. The event needs enough size, pace and local relevance to become a candidate for further tracking.

2. Price response

The system measures whether price continues with the initiative, stalls, recovers or rejects. This absorption logic determines the observed market role.

3. Zone structure

Nearby reactions are clustered into an area rather than pretending one exact pixel is the level. The zone then carries age, touch count, reaction evidence, strength and lifecycle state.

The lifecycle in plain English

A wall will eventually break if you wait forever. The useful question is whether it produced a valid reaction while active and when the evidence changed.

Holding

Price remains on the expected side of the zone. The area is active, but may not yet have survived a meaningful retest.

Defended

Price tested the zone and reacted away. This adds direct evidence that the area still influences current trade.

Under pressure

Price is spending more time near or inside the zone, and repeated tests are consuming the prior defense.

Weakening

Reactions become smaller, recovery slows or opposing aggression gains efficiency. The original edge is decaying.

Broken

Price moves through the area with sufficient acceptance. The zone should no longer be treated as intact support or resistance.

Retested

After a break, price returns to the area. The retest tests whether the old role has truly failed or is about to reappear.

Reclaimed

Price recovers the old area and shows acceptance back on the original side. For example, resistance reclaimed means price moved above former resistance; that area can become a support candidate if the reclaim holds.

Invalidated

The original thesis no longer describes the market. The zone is retired so stale history does not keep producing current-looking signals.

What the AI bias means

The model estimates zone behavior from current evidence. It does not know the future and it does not place a trade.

LONG BIAS

Current evidence favors a constructive reaction from a support or reclaimed area. The percentage is model confidence for the current classification, not a promise that a take-profit target will be hit.

  • Direction must be read from the label, not the zone's historical origin color
  • Nearby invalidation still defines when the read is wrong
  • Weakening state can reduce confidence before a full break

SHORT BIAS

Current evidence favors a restrictive reaction from a resistance or failed-reclaim area. It remains a research signal and should not be confused with automatic execution.

  • Confirmation can include rejection, absorption and structure alignment
  • Acceptance above the invalidation area weakens or ends the read
  • News and volatile regimes can make local probabilities less stable

Why a zone can be useful before it breaks

A level does not need to survive forever to contain useful information. Its value is measured during a defined observation window.

Reaction quality

A defended zone can produce a measurable bounce or rejection even if price returns hours later. That first reaction is a real outcome, not erased by a future break.

Evidence decay

Age, repeated tests, weak follow-through and changing flow reduce confidence. The lifecycle makes that decay visible instead of treating the zone as permanent.

Forward accountability

CryptoFlow records forward signal outcomes so recent behavior can be reviewed rather than relying only on attractive historical examples.

FAQ

What is a CryptoFlow Impact Zone?

It is a price area built from meaningful aggressive execution and the market's response, then tracked as new tests either confirm or weaken the level.

What does resistance reclaimed mean?

Price moved back above former resistance and regained acceptance. The old resistance can become support, but later tests still need to confirm that role.

Is LONG BIAS or SHORT BIAS a trade recommendation?

No. It is a transparent beta research signal with a probability and invalidation, not a guarantee, execution instruction or financial recommendation.
